Hello! I am Katya Zavjalova, the author of the Admitto and Art of Career projects. I am a McKinsey alumna and a graduate of the Bocconi University and the Copenhagen Business School.

I am looking for help with Admitto, which is a community of mentors helping students apply and get admitted to their dream universities abroad. It currently includes 17+ mentors, studying at or having graduated from some 34 top universities around the world, from the USA to South Korea.

We are looking for a highly motivated young professional to join the Admitto team and manage the client relationships end-to-end.

Job description
You will be the first point of contact with a potential client who is looking for a mentor. You will be responsible for initiating and overseeing the full cycle of client service:
Presenting Admitto's services and leading the client onboarding;
Analysing the client profile and choosing the optimal solution from Admitto's offering;
Securing the mentor with the best fit for the client and orchestrating their interaction;
Supporting the mentor in selecting relevant educational programs for the client leveraging Admitto databases and own research;
Accompanying the entire client journey and serving as point on contact for logistical matters;
Finalising the client interaction, including collecting their feedback.
Required qualities and skills:
Has at least 2 years of first-hand sales experience;
Holds a Bachelor/Master's degree, with preference for degrees in marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration;
Is an excellent communicator who can understand the client need and convincingly present a solution to them;
Is proactive, energetic, and a good team player;
Has perfect command of Russian and business-level English proficiency (B2 or above).
Desired qualities and skills:
Has first-hand experience of studies at a foreign university;
Is excited and knowledgeable about higher education, with knowledge of university education practices around the world a plus.
