These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Admitto, a software service operated by Halcyon Technologies ("Admitto", "we", "us", "our"). By registering for or using Admitto, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Admitto is intended solely for use by New Zealand licensed immigration advisers holding a current licence issued by the Immigration Advisers Authority (IAA). By registering, you represent and warrant that you hold a valid IAA licence and are authorised to provide immigration advice under the Immigration Advisers Licensing Act 2007.
We reserve the right to verify your IAA licence status and to suspend or terminate your account if you no longer hold a valid licence.
Admitto provides AI-assisted visa eligibility assessment tools for New Zealand immigration pathways. The service generates automated assessments based on Immigration New Zealand (INZ) policy documents and the information you provide.
Admitto does not provide legal advice. All outputs are for professional review only. You remain solely responsible for:
Admitto does not replace your professional obligations. You must review, verify, and sign off on all outputs before relying on them or presenting them to clients.
Admitto is a paid subscription service. Pricing and plan details are available at admitto.co. All prices are in New Zealand dollars and exclude GST, which will be added at checkout where applicable.
Payment is processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@admitto.co.nz.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with Admitto within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, no refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
You agree to:
Admitto's assessment outputs are generated using AI processing of Immigration New Zealand policy documents. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all outputs are error-free, complete, or current.
Immigration policy is subject to frequent change. You are responsible for verifying that the information provided by Admitto reflects the current policy in force at the time of use. We recommend cross-referencing all outputs with the official INZ Operational Manual at immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the service exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable consumer protection legislation.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We will retain your data for 90 days after cancellation to allow for reactivation or export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
Where reasonably practicable, we will provide notice before terminating your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
